Welcome to Parrot Proxy. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Grand Channel Ltd. (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parrot Proxy mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Services are intended for users who are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you are strictly prohibited from using Parrot Proxy. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we discover a user is under 17, we reserve the right to terminate their access immediately without notice.

3. Description of Service

Parrot Proxy provides a virtual private network (VPN) solution designed to enhance your online privacy and security. Our service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our secure servers. Please note that while we strive for 100% uptime, the Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Services for any of the following activities:

• Engaging in illegal acts, including but not limited to spreading malware, phishing, or identity theft.
• Violating intellectual property rights, such as downloading or distributing copyrighted material without permission (P2P/Torrenting is restricted in certain nodes).
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the integrity of our servers or networks.
• Using the service to harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial emails.
• Any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, icons, logos, designs, and text included in the Services are the exclusive property of Grand Channel Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Parrot Proxy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or security breaches.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The language of the arbitration shall be English.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
